Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Who are you?

Inland Buyers is real estate investment firm focussing on Riverside and San San Bernardino counties. We purchase several properties per month and are always looking for more to buy.  We usually pay all-cash for porperty and close escrow in 10 days or less.  We buy properties in any price range, any condition, and in any situation.  We buy properties with tenants inside. We buy properties in foreclosure and pre-foreclosue. We buy properties that may or may not require repairs. We also purchase commercial and industrial property.

Q. Who typically sells houses to you?

People all over the Inland Empire and the High Desert, from all walks of life have sold their houses to us. People sell their houses for a variety of reasons, including:

  • Needing to sell inherited property quickly

  • Wanting to unload rental property with problematic renters

  • Relocating to another area

  • Going through a divorce and needing to liquidate assets

  • Behind on mortgage payments or facing foreclosure

  • Want to sell now and move out later-- even a year or two later.

  • Not wanting to invest time or money into making necessary repairs

  • and more

The common thread between most of our sellers is the need to sell a house quickly or conveniently to a respected, honest homebuyer that will ensure a fast, hassle-free sale.

Q. Do you pay fair prices for properties?

Yes. We do have to purchase a house below market value so we can resell to another buyer-- a buyer who will not pay us more than market value.  In the end, we have to get a fair discount on a property so we have room to make a profit when we resell it. But maximum profit is usually not the primary concern of most homeowners we deal with.  Our clients are typically looking speed, convenience and certainty that we are going to do what we say. So, we bring to the table a fast, no hassle, all-cash offer… we can close quickly, are very flexible on terms of the sale, and will buy your house in any condition. If thats what you’re looking for and you see the value in getting your house sold fast… lets talk and see if we can come to a fair win-win price.
